Daoist Durian

In the cultivation sects of old, one does not complete the Foundation Establishment stage by waiting until the conditions are optimal. The conditions are never optimal. You compress your spiritual essence, endure the tribulation, and hope one's accumulation is sufficient.

The Dao discussion and essays on this site runs through various topics depending on the whims of Durian, but will mostly be centered around Machine Learning - from SLAM systems and Tabular Classification with uncertainty estimation, to tricky topics on adversarial defense; occasionally, there may be odd bits and bops on unrelated musings should the fellow Daoist for whatever reasons, finds it interesting enough to share.

Side Note: Fellow Daoist is a greeting, in Xianxia novels, between cultivators on the same path, as a gesture of mutual respect.

Publishing is, in the end, a small act of imposition: you push your thinking into the world and trust the reader to be a fair judge. Needless to say, some of them will be wrong or ill-conceived, and Daoist Durian will not know which ones until later, which is a condition of public disclosure, so Fellow Daoists, please bare this poor Daoist here. The reluctance is real, yet the Dao is indifferent to it, such is the Dao.
